Directions:
For the first 4 days take 1 spray in each nostril twice daily (4 sprays in total) from day 5 onwards drop down to 1 spray in each nostril once daily.
Coupled with regular minimal UV exposure to accelerate tanning. Stop usage once desired skin tone is achieved. Do not exceed recommended dose.
